MAG Box IPTV small print: terms, refund and data

Last updated: October 28, 2026

MAG Box IPTV terms of use

The service is independent. Infomir and the MAG brand have no part in it; it speaks the portal language that MAG set-top boxes already understand, and it also reaches the other screens named on the install page.

Subscriptions come in four lengths: three, six, twelve or twenty-four months. Length is the only difference between them, and the amount charged is whatever checkout shows for the length you select.

Lineups shift. Channels and titles come and go over the months, as on every television service, and how sharp a picture looks depends on the title, your screen and your internet line.

Orders and activation for MAG Box IPTV

Once checkout is done, your login travels to the email address you gave, usually inside a quarter of an hour. A MAG box takes the portal URL from that message plus the MAC from its label. Any other screen takes the login details through one of the player apps.

Typing those details correctly is your side of setup. Support steps in when something refuses to load.

MAG Box IPTV free trial terms

The free trial gives you a day, meaning 24 hours, with no credit card involved. Each customer and each box may take it once. When the 24 hours pass, access lapses; no renewal follows and no charge is made.

MAG Box IPTV refund rules

Suppose you have bought a plan and support, after trying, is unable to make the service run on your device. Email us within 7 days of the purchase and ask for the full amount back. Please name the device and list what you already tried, which saves a round of questions.

Support first works with you to get things running. Where that fails, the refund is a full one. A refund is not on offer for a change of mind once the service works.

MAG Box IPTV privacy

We store your email address and the order details needed to deliver and support the subscription. The checkout provider takes the payment itself. Messages sent to support are retained so that each one can be answered.
